REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. General Principles

Transmed processes certain personal data of users through its buebchen.tr ("Platform") for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of the distance sales agreement established with customers and the e-commerce intermediary service provider agreement concluded between Saldos and Transmed. Transmed does not share, sell, or use your personal data with third parties for any purpose other than those specified within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation.
2. Information Collected and Purposes of Use
2.1. Identity, Contact, and Customer Transaction Data
Sensitive financial data such as the full card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV) used in your payment transactions are not obtained or stored by Transmed. This information is processed directly through the PayTR infrastructure with high-security standards, and our company does not have full access to this data. Transmed can only view masked card information and payment details (amount, number of installments, etc.) for the sole purpose of tracking the transaction; the entire payment process is managed within the framework of the relevant organization's own security protocols.
However, for the purpose of carrying out goods and service sales processes, return processes, and financial operations, Transmed processes and stores data such as name-surname, address, email address, phone number, customer transaction IP address, transfer transaction information, return transaction information, amount to be refunded, total payment amount, order amount, remaining amount, order date, approval date, order number, product information, payment method, bank name, and masked card number.
3. Situations Where Personal Data May Be Transferred
Transmed may share user data transmitted to it due to sales on the Platform with third parties only in the exceptional circumstances specified below:
- Legal Obligations: To comply with legal regulations in force as required by law,
- Contractual Obligations: To fulfill the requirements of concluded contracts,
- Business Partners and Service Providers: To carry out Platform operations, track warehouse and logistics processes, and complete the delivery of goods/services,
- Request of Authorized Authorities: To provide information within the scope of investigations or inquiries conducted at the request of authorized administrative and judicial authorities.
Transmed undertakes to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect users' personal data and to keep this information confidential.
4. Processing Purposes
Transmed processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To fulfill the requirements of services provided to users and to carry out transactions within the scope of the contract,
- Compliance with Legislation: To ensure compliance with KVKK No. 6698,
- Providing Information to Authorized Authorities: To respond to requests from authorized authorities within the scope of public security and legal processes.
5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
Within the scope of KVKK Article 11, data subjects have the following rights:
a) To learn whether personal data is processed,
b) To request information if personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
d) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
e) To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK Article 7,
g) To request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
h) To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i) To demand compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

6. Updates to the Privacy Policy
Transmed may update and revise its privacy policy. Users are advised to regularly visit buebchen.tr to stay informed about updates.
7. Methods of Personal Data Collection
Within the scope of purchase transactions on the Platform, your personal data is collected partially or fully automatically (in a digital environment) through membership forms, order screens, and the payment page. In this context, your identity, contact, and customer transaction information used in order and payment processes, along with limited financial data transferred from the payment institution (PayTR) (masked card number, bank name, etc.), are recorded in our systems. This data is collected and processed based on the legal grounds of KVKK Article 5/2-c (establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-ç (legal obligation).
8. Storage and Protection of Personal Data
Transmed is obligated to securely store personal data and protect its confidentiality within the scope of KVKK Article 12. In this context, data is stored in Transmed's systems and databases and is shared with third parties only within the framework of legal obligations and the conditions specified in this document.
Transmed implements technical measures and administrative security precautions to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure data integrity. In case personal data is accessed by unauthorized persons, the situation will be reported to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with legal regulations.

The data subject can exercise their rights under KVKK Article 11 using the following methods, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller:
