For orders placed on our website, you can make a lump sum payment using your credit or debit card, or make installment purchases with agreed-upon bank credit cards. You can complete your order using your debit or credit card (via the 3D secure method).
Installment options will appear after you fill in your credit card information on the "Payment Page". You can complete your purchase with cards that offer installment options.
What should I do if I don't receive payment confirmation, even though I entered all the required information during the payment step?
- Check the available limit of your credit card or virtual card.
- Ensure you have correctly selected the Visa or Mastercard type on your card.
- Verify the expiration date of your card.
- Make sure you have entered the card information without errors.
- If the card you are using is an additional card, check if it has been canceled by the main cardholder.
- Check your internet connection during the approval process.
- Check if there is a lost card report for your card.
