UNDER COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES CLARIFICATION TEXT

This Clarification Text has been prepared by Transmed Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Transmed"), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), to fulfill its obligation to inform about the processing of your personal data regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages via its buebchen.tr website ("Platform").

1. Purpose and Identity of the Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by Transmed, located at Merkez Mah. Ayazma Cad. No:37 Papirus Plaza Kat:7 İç Kapı No:122 Kağıthane/İstanbul, as the data controller, for the purposes listed below.

Purpose of Processing	Processed for the purpose of carrying out communication activities, sales processes of goods and services, customer relationship management processes, activities aimed at customer satisfaction, marketing analysis studies, advertising/campaign/promotion processes, marketing processes of products/services, fulfilling legal obligations within the framework of current legislation applicable to Transmed, conducting customer communication activities, and carrying out promotional and commercial communication activities for Transmed's operations with explicit consent, by obtaining consent for sending commercial electronic messages via buebchen.tr.
Collection Method	Obtained through commercial electronic message consents given via buebchen.tr.
Legal Reason	KVKK Art. 5/2 (c): Legal obligation \| KVKK Art. 5/2 (f): Legitimate interest
Domestic Transfer	Business partners, authorized institutions and organizations, real persons or private law legal entities
International Transfer	May be transferred provided appropriate safeguards are in place as per KVKK Article 9.

Legal Basis	PDPL article 5/2 (f): Legitimate interest

International Transfer	May be transferred provided appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Article 9 of the PDPL.

Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose requiring their processing ceases to exist and/or when the statute of limitations/retention periods expire, in accordance with PDPL Article 7/1.

You may at any time exercise your right to refuse commercial electronic communications sent to you, free of charge, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related regulations. You can exercise your right to refuse through the refusal link included in each commercial electronic communication or via the Message Management System (IYS).
