This "Cancellation and Refund Policy" has been prepared by Saldos Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Saldos" or "Seller") to clarify consumer rights, withdrawal, cancellation, and refund conditions regarding the sale of Bübchen branded products offered for sale on the buebchen.tr website ("Platform") owned by Transmed Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.
1. General Provisions
- If you place an order electronically through the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws, regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
- Shipping costs for orders exceeding the amount agreed upon in writing by Saldos with the shipping company on a periodic basis are covered by Saldos; for orders below this amount, the shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
- Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
- In the event that the sale of the product becomes impossible, Saldos is obliged to notify the buyer within 3 days from the date of learning the situation and to refund the total amount within 14 days.
2. Order Cancellation
If the buyer does not pay for the product purchased or cancels it in bank records, Saldos's obligation to deliver the product ceases. The order can be canceled by the buyer before it is shipped; after shipment, products can be returned within the refund procedure without opening their packaging.
3. Unauthorized Use of Credit Card
If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the buyer's credit card used for payment has been unlawfully used by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to Saldos by the relevant bank, the buyer is obliged to return the product within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by Saldos.
4. Delivery in Case of Force Majeure
If force majeure occurs and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer is informed of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement until the obstacle is removed. If the order is canceled, a refund is made within 14 days; the bank's reflection period may be 2-3 weeks, and Saldos cannot be held responsible for this delay.
5. Buyer's Obligation to Inspect the Product
The buyer shall inspect the product before receiving it; they shall not accept damaged products from the shipping company, such as those with dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc. It will be assumed that the product received is undamaged. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be unused; it must be returned with the product invoice and all documents delivered to the buyer during delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason, provided that Saldos is notified through the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product.

6.1. Period of Right of Withdrawal
• For service purchases, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the performance has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends.
• Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to Saldos.
• For withdrawal, written notification by registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email within 14 days is required, and the product must be unused.
6.2. Exercise of Right of Withdrawal
The following must be fully provided when exercising the right of withdrawal:
• The invoice of the delivered product (for corporate invoices, it must be sent with a return invoice),
• Return form,
• The box, packaging, and if any, standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged.
7. Refund Conditions
• Saldos is obliged to refund the total amount and documents creating debt to the buyer within 14 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification and to take back the goods within 14 days.
• In case of a decrease in value or impossibility of return due to the buyer's fault, Saldos's loss will be compensated proportionally to the fault.
• If the campaign limit falls below due to withdrawal, the discount benefited under the campaign will be canceled.
8. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:
• Products prepared in accordance with the buyer's requests or personal needs;
• Products that are perishable or may expire quickly;
• Products whose packaging, tape, seal has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons;
• Products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature;
• Books, digital content, and computer consumables with opened packaging;
• Services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible products delivered instantly;
• Services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the end of the right of withdrawal period.
Bübchen brand baby care products (creams, lotions, shampoos, wet wipes, etc.) cannot be returned if their packaging, tape, or seal has been opened or their integrity has been compromised, due to health and hygiene conditions. Products that are unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused can be returned.
9. Default and Legal Consequences
If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they accept, declare, and undertake to pay interest within the framework of the contract with the cardholder bank and to be responsible to the bank. They also agree to compensate Saldos for any damage incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.
10. Payment and Delivery
Single payment or installment payment can be made by credit card or debit card through the Platform. For online payments, the relevant amount is debited from the credit card when the order is completed. Cash on delivery and bank transfer payment options are not available. Your orders are delivered to your address within 5 business days via Yurtiçi Kargo.
11. KVKK Information
Saldos processes and protects personal data transmitted through the Platform within the framework of KVKK Law No. 6698 and relevant legislation. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be accessed through the Customer Information Text and KVKK Privacy Policy published on the Platform.
