ARTICLE 1- DEFINITIONS
WEBSITE : The medium through which the SELLER sells its Products and Services to the Consumer online, represented as Mediterra in this contract.
SELLER : The legal entity whose information is provided in Article 6 of this Pre-Information Form.
PRODUCT/PRODUCTS: Includes all goods and services sold to CONSUMERS on the WEBSITE.
CONSUMER: Refers to individuals ordering PRODUCTS through the WEBSITE.
AGREEMENT: Contains the terms and obligations of the sales transaction carried out by the SELLER to the CONSUMER through the WEBSITE.

Subject of the Pre-Information Form: To inform the Consumer regarding the sale and delivery of goods and services sold through the website named https://bubchen.com.tr ("Website"), whose qualities and sales prices are specified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Regulation No. 29188. This form also aims to inform the Consumer that the shipment processes for the products they wish to purchase through pre-order will begin on the estimated stock entry date specified on the product page.
ARTICLE 2- GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. If the Consumer approves the contract, the price and costs of the ordered Product(s) specified on this page will be collected from the Consumer using the chosen payment method. The Consumer can pay for the products included in the order by choosing one of the following methods:
a) Payment by credit card
b) Payment by debit card,
2.2. The basic features of the Product/Products are available on the SELLER's website, in this Pre-Information Form, in the Distance Sales Agreement, and, if applicable for pre-order sales, in the Pre-Order Product Sales Agreement.
2.3. If you notice any errors in your information after completing your order and/or payment, you can contact our Customer Service by phone at 0850 304 0408 or by email at bubchen@saldos.com.tr.
2.4. The Seller's website https://tupperwaretur.com/ does not offer services outside of Turkey. Furthermore, if there is no branch of the contracted cargo companies near the desired delivery address, the Consumer must pick up the Product from another nearby branch indicated by the Seller.
ARTICLE 3 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The Consumer can also exercise the right of withdrawal within the period until the delivery of the goods.
3.2. The withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is established for service performance contracts; for goods delivery contracts, it begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal within the period from the establishment of the contract until the delivery of the goods. In determining the withdrawal period:
a) For goods subject to a single order but delivered separately, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last good.
b) For goods consisting of more than one piece, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last piece.
c) For contracts where goods are delivered regularly over a certain period, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first good.
3.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer can (i) if a member of the Website, go to the "My Orders" page, select the product they wish to return and the reason for return under the "Easy Return" heading, and send the product/products along with the signed e-invoice printout to the return address using the Free Return shipping code provided by the Seller, (ii) if not a member of the Website, click on the "Order Tracking" button in the upper right corner of the Website's homepage, then in the opened window, enter the e-mail address used when placing the order and the order number they wish to cancel into the relevant boxes, click the "Query" button, then go to the return page, select the product they wish to return and the reason for return under the "Easy Return" heading, and send the product/products along with the signed e-invoice printout to the return address using the Free Return shipping code provided by the Seller. (iii) The Consumer can contact customer service via the phone number provided in the Seller Contact Information section of this information form and follow the instructions provided, or (vi) the clear notification of withdrawal can be made by filling out the sample withdrawal form in Annex-1 and sending it via our e-mail address, contact address, phone or fax number.
3.4. The Consumer must return the product within 10 (ten) days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal, depending on the chosen method. The product, along with its invoice, box, packaging, standard accessories if any, and other products given as gifts with the product, must be returned completely and undamaged in a single package. The Consumer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur if the product is used in accordance with its operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions within the withdrawal period. Accordingly, if changes or deteriorations occur due to the product not being used in accordance with its usage instructions, technical specifications, and operation until the withdrawal date, the Consumer may lose the right of withdrawal.
3.5. If the Consumer sends the Product to be returned via the cargo companies contracted by the SELLER (Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG Kargo, UPS Kargo, Packupp, Kargoist, Bovo Kargo), the transportation fee paid to the carrier for the delivery of the product to the consumer will be reflected to the Consumer as a return cost.
3.6. Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, all payments made by the Consumer for the relevant Product, including the delivery costs of the Product (provided the goods are returned via the carrier specified by the SELLER for return), will be refunded to the Consumer in accordance with the payment method used for the purchase, without incurring any additional costs or obligations for the consumer. For transactions made with a credit card, the reflection of the product price refund to the bank into the Consumer's accounts occurs after the SELLER completes the refund process to the bank.
3.7. If the campaign limit amount is reduced due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited from within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.
ARTICLE 4 – WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION
Withdrawal notifications can be sent to the Seller through one of the following options;
• If the Consumer is a member of the Website, they can go to the 'My Orders' page, select the product they wish to return and the reason for return under the 'Easy Return' heading, thereby submitting their withdrawal notification to the Seller.
• If the Consumer is not a member of the Website, they can click on the "Order Tracking" button located in the upper right corner of the Website's homepage, then in the opened window, enter the email address they used when placing the order and the order number they wish to cancel into the relevant boxes, click the "Query" button, then go to the return page, select the product they wish to return and the reason for return under the "Easy Return" heading, thereby submitting their withdrawal notification to the Seller.
• The Consumer can send their withdrawal notification to the Seller via email by filling out the sample withdrawal form in Annex-1 and sending it to our email address bubchen@saldos.com.tr .
ARTICLE 5 – CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
5.1. In accordance with the legislation, the Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
• In contracts related to goods or services whose prices fluctuate depending on financial markets and are not under the control of the Seller (e.g., jewelry, gold, and silver category products);
• In contracts for the delivery of goods prepared in accordance with the Buyer's wishes or clear personal needs, which are not suitable for return due to their nature, or which are in danger of rapid deterioration or have an expired shelf life;
• In contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons;
• In contracts related to goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature;
• In contracts related to books, audio or visual recordings, software programs, and computer consumables presented in a tangible medium, provided that their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened by the Buyer;
• In contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided under a subscription contract;
• In contracts related to accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or recreation, which must be performed on a specific date or period;
• In contracts related to the performance of betting and lottery services;
• In contracts related to services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's consent before the end of the right of withdrawal period; and
• In contracts related to services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (such as coupons).
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods or services excluded from the scope of the Distance Contracts Regulation
(foodstuffs, beverages, or other daily consumption items delivered to the Buyer's residence with the Seller's regular deliveries, and services in fields such as travel, accommodation, restaurants, entertainment).
• In cases where the right of withdrawal is used for all or part of the products subject to the order, if the minimum purchase amount for the SELLER's free shipping (delivery) campaign is not met as a result of the withdrawal (if the Consumer has benefited from it), the entire uncollected delivery-shipping fee within the scope of the campaign will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the Consumer. In cases where the Consumer paid a delivery-shipping fee, the entire fee will be refunded to the Consumer.
• Other products given as gifts with the product must also be returned completely and undamaged in a single package. The Consumer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur if the product is used in accordance with its operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions within the withdrawal period. Accordingly, if changes or deteriorations occur due to the product not being used in accordance with its usage instructions, technical specifications, and operation until the withdrawal date, the Consumer may lose the right of withdrawal.
5.2. Regarding transaction security, information protection, confidentiality, processing-use, and commercial electronic communications on the WEBSITE, the current rules and conditions applicable to the SELLER and the Consumer are presented to the Consumer as follows. The Consumer can consult the SELLER at any time regarding these matters through the specified communication channels.
5.3. The SELLER is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO). The electronic communication information where you can obtain ITO's professional codes of conduct is as follows: (www.ito.org.tr, Phone: 444 0 486).
5.4. After the Consumer approves and accepts the above/below information and the Agreement on the WEBSITE, all agreements will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Consumer with the order confirmation; the Consumer can save and store them on their device for access at any time, and they will be kept in the SELLER's systems for a maximum of three years within the framework of relevant laws.
