This Information Text has been prepared to fulfill the obligation to inform regarding the processing of your personal data by Saldos Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Saldos” in this information text), acting as a data processor on behalf of Transmed Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., whose identity is provided below, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
1. Purpose and Identity of the Data Controller
Saldos acts as a data processor for name-surname, contact, delivery, and limited financial data (masked card information, etc.) related to sales processes on buebchen.tr (Platform). Other data related to the general membership and infrastructure management of the Platform are processed by Transmed Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the owner of the buebchen.tr Platform. Your personal data, as Saldos Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, located at Cumhuriyet Mah. Akeller Cad. No:107 Söke/AYDIN, is limited to personal data collected within the scope of our activities on the platform, specifically for the payment process and related logistics/operational activities, in our capacity as a data processor. However, your personal data such as full card number, expiry date, and security code (CVV) used in your payment transactions are processed directly through the PayTR infrastructure with high security standards, and Saldos does not have full access to this data. We only access and retain limited data for transaction tracking purposes. In accordance with the Law, your personal data may be processed within the scope explained below, in connection with these purposes, in a limited and proportionate manner, and by maintaining the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the personal data as it reaches us, within the framework of the purposes listed below and the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data, Method of Collection, Legal Grounds, and Parties to Whom Data is Transferred
Within the scope of sales activities, your personal data shared with Saldos or collected by Saldos through automatic or non-automatic methods is processed by Saldos in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes explained below.

3. Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner and How to Exercise These Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, we inform you that as data owners, you have the following rights. The data subject;
a) To learn whether personal data is being processed,
b) To request information if personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7,
f) To request that the transactions made pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) To request compensation for damages if personal data is processed unlawfully, has the right.
Regarding your requests for the rights listed above; You can deliver your petition, which contains the minimum requirements specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, in writing and with a wet signature, to the company's head office address Cumhuriyet Mah. Akeller Cad. No:107 Söke/AYDIN, send it through a notary public, send it electronically signed via the KEP address saldos@hs01.kep.tr belonging to Saldos, or if your e-mail address is registered in Saldos systems, you can send it to Saldos via the e-mail address kvkk@saldos.com.tr.
