Pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), your personal data may be processed within the scope explained below, by Transmed Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Transmed" or "Company"), located at Merkez Mah. Ayazma Cad. No:37 Papirus Plaza Kat:7 İç Kapı No:122 Kağıthane/İstanbul, as the data controller, for the purpose of providing customer support services regarding Bübchen brand products offered for sale on its buebchen.tr website ("Platform") via the WhatsApp line (0850 304 04 08).
1. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data shared during the conversation within the scope of your requests, complaints, questions, opinions, and suggestions via the Bübchen Platform WhatsApp support line will be processed for the purposes listed below, based on your explicit consent as stipulated in Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Law.
Personal data and purposes to be processed with your explicit consent:
- Your identity, contact, financial, and customer transaction data, for the purpose of providing after-sales and support services for Bübchen brand products.
- Your identity, contact, financial, and customer transaction data, for the purpose of providing support services before and after the performance of the purchasing service.
- Your identity, contact, request, and complaint data, for the purpose of tracking, managing, and fulfilling requests, complaints, questions, opinions, or suggestions.
- Your identity, contact, financial, customer transaction, request, and complaint data, for the purpose of planning and executing customer relationship management processes.
- Your identity and contact data, for the purpose of updating customer information.
- Your identity, contact, and customer transaction data, for the purpose of conducting customer satisfaction measurement studies.
- Your identity, contact, request, and complaint data, for the purpose of receiving, evaluating, and resolving your requests and complaints.
- Your identity, contact, financial, and customer transaction data, for the purpose of storing personal data for the general statute of limitations period to serve as evidence in potential future disputes.
2. To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates within the scope of our legitimate interests, and to legally authorized public institutions within the scope of fulfilling our legal obligations, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and in line with the realization of data processing purposes.
Since the infrastructure of the WhatsApp application is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta), data generated during communication via WhatsApp may be processed abroad subject to Meta's privacy policy and terms of service. In this context, your personal data may be transferred abroad based on your explicit consent within the framework of KVKK Article 9.
3. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected and processed electronically via the WhatsApp application, during your communication with the Bübchen Platform support line (0850 304 04 08), and in accordance with the data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law.
4. Your Rights Under KVKK
We inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the rectification of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist,
- To request that the rectification, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- To object to a result against you that arises from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To demand compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

No:107 Söke/AYDIN, via the KEP address saldos@hs01.kep.tr, or from your registered email address to kvkk@saldos.com.tr. The Data Subject Application Form available on the Platform can also be used. Applications will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of 30 days.
