Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo.
Shipping is free for orders over 500 TL; for orders below this amount, the shipping fee is 155.25 TL.
Orders placed on weekdays and Saturdays until 12:00 PM are handed over to the cargo company on the same day. Orders placed outside this timeframe are handed over on the next business day. The delivery time of your order may vary depending on your address.
Orders placed during public holidays and festive periods are handed over to cargo within 2-4 business days.
The shipping fee will be added to your order total.
When your order arrives, please check for any damage to the package before accepting it. If the box is damaged, without signing any delivery document, ask the cargo officer to draw up a "Damage Assessment Report" and return the package to the cargo officer along with the report.
